About us
Colleen Lisco, DDS
Dr. Lisco joined South River Dental Care in July 2020. She is originally from Baldwin, Maryland, and now lives in Annapolis with her husband, Connor, and their dog, Lily. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from High Point University in North Carolina, and then moved back to her home state, where she graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Lisco completed a year of advanced training in general dentistry at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Hospital and has been working in private practice ever since.
Dr. Lisco is an active member of the Triple Crown Seattle Study Club and the Chesapeake Implant Study Club. Her favorite part of the day is getting to know her patients, and her goal is to make your dental experience pleasant and comfortable. One of her favorite procedures to provide is Sure Smile Clear Aligner Orthodontics. Aside from dentistry, she enjoys baking, traveling, spending time at the beach, and cheering on the Orioles and Ravens!

Danielle Dailey, DAADOM
Office Manager
Born and raised in Maryland, Danielle now resides in Bowie with her husband, Kenny, and their two sons, Andrew and Shane. She began her career in dentistry in 1997 and quickly discovered her passion for the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of patient care and practice management. With over 28 years of experience in the field, Danielle brings deep knowledge, unwavering dedication, and a true heart for both patients and her team.
Danielle has been a proud lifetime member of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) since 2006, where she has continued to grow as a leader in the dental community. In 2025, she earned the organization’s highest honor—Diplomate distinction—a recognition of her commitment to excellence, education, and advancement in dental office leadership. She also serves as the founding President of the Dental Education Leadership League of Baltimore/Annapolis Maryland, a local AADOM chapter established in 2018 that promotes collaboration, mentorship, and continuing education for dental managers and administrators.
When Danielle isn't living and breathing all things dentistry, you’ll likely find her trackside with her family. She enjoys spending weekends supporting her youngest son, Shane, as he competes in junior drag racing—something the whole family is passionate about. Danielle’s leadership, compassion, and drive are the heartbeat of our practice, and her commitment to delivering the highest standard of care makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Taylor Tuohey
Treatment Coordinator
With three years of experience in the dental field, Taylor began her career specializing in pediatric dentistry before transitioning to her role as Treatment Coordinator at South River Dental Care. While relatively new to the team, her expertise in patient care and treatment planning has already made a significant impact.
Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, Taylor now calls the Mayo Peninsula home, where she enjoys the close-knit community and the opportunity to serve local patients with personalized care. As a mom to her 5-year-old daughter, Addison, and a proud pet owner of three dogs and two cats, Taylor brings a warm, family-oriented touch to the office.
When she’s not at work, you can find her crafting, baking, or spending quality time with her fiancé, Jonah, and their busy household. Taylor is dedicated to making each patient feel comfortable and informed, ensuring a smooth and stress-free dental experience.

Lauren Thompson
Patient Care Coordinator
Lauren is one of the newest members of the team here at South River Dental Care, joining us in January of 2025. As a Patient Care Coordinator, she is eager to learn about the dental field and passionate about helping patients feel comfortable before their appointments. Lauren strives to create a welcoming environment for everyone, ensuring that their experience is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Katie Olsen, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Katie is an Iowa native who moved to Maryland in 2000 with her husband Mark. She graduated from Hawkeye Community College in 1990 with an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene and has been practicing full time ever since. She loves working with patients one on one and providing the best comprehensive care possible. Katie has a gentle touch and makes the appointment as relaxing as possible. She enjoys working with a wide variety of patients, including pediatric, geriatric, and those with disabilities. Katie and her husband Mark have two sons, Nate and Connor, when not in the office she enjoys exercising, gardening, and reading.

Annette Zepko, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Annette was born and raised in Maryland. She attended the University of Maryland, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She has worked with patients for over 35 years. She loves living and working in the community alongside friends and neighbors. She and her husband, Scott, have lived in the Mayo area since 2000 and have raised their three boys on Cadle Creek.

Julie A. Couchenour, RDH, BS
Dental Hygienist
Julie graduated from The University of Maryland Dental School with a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing in the Bowie/Annapolis areas ever since.
Julie loves meeting new people and educating them about their dental health. Her goal is to help patients feel at ease during dental treatment. Julie and her husband keep very busy traveling and visiting their 5 children and 5 grandchildren, as well as cheering for all of their local sports teams.

Katie Hartge, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Katie was born and raised in Galesville, Maryland. She earned a bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania in Recreation Therapy prior to earning her associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene at Fortis College.
Katie likes to connect with her patients and help them try to feel as comfortable as possible during their dental visit. She feels that helping patients understand “the why” behind oral health is the most important part in forming healthy oral hygiene habits. Katie also loves to educate her patients on how diet and systemic conditions can affect their oral health.
When she’s not at work, Katie and her boyfriend, Bryan, enjoy staying active in the gym and competitive bodybuilding! They also like relaxing at home with their Doberman, Lady.

Lauren Piazza
Dental Assistant
Lauren was born and raised in Maryland and graduated from Southern High School in 2011. In 2012 she received her Dental Assisting and Radiology certification through AACC. She has grown up around the dental field as she has followed in her mother’s footsteps of being a dental assistant. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys boating and being outdoors with her husband and their two children.

Hannah Lee
Dental Assistant
Hannah has been a valued member of the South River Dental Care team since 2019, serving as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Born and raised in Edgewater, Maryland, she brings a strong sense of community and dedication to her role every day.
With a passion for compassionate care, Hannah is committed to making each patient's visit as comfortable and positive as possible. Her gentle approach and attention to detail help create a welcoming environment for patients of all ages.
Outside the office, Hannah enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, boyfriend and their cat, Rusty. She also loves watching football, getting creative with crafts, baking, and making the most of the outdoors. Her caring nature and hands-on interests are reflected in both her personal life and professional work.

Jenna Myers
Dental Assistant
Jenna was born and raised in Maryland. She graduated from South River High School in 2020. After graduation she attended AACC where she received her Dental Assisting and Radiology shortly after high school and has been working with us ever since. Patients really enjoy her bright and outgoing personality. Outside of work she enjoys being outdoors on the water, in the woods and spending time with her dog and family.

Aly Ivy
Dental Assistant
Born and raised in Calvert County, Aly brings a warm, local charm to our team. After graduating from South River High School in 2022, she quickly found her passion for dentistry and joined our practice shortly thereafter. Since then, she has been an integral part of our clinical team, known for her friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and commitment to making every patient feel comfortable and at ease.
Aly takes pride in helping patients have a smooth and relaxing experience during their dental visits. Whether she's preparing treatment rooms, assisting chairside, or simply offering a reassuring smile, she approaches each day with professionalism and compassion.
Outside of the office, Aly enjoys spending quality time outdoors with puppy Pax, family and friends. Her favorite pastimes include hunting and crabbing—two hobbies that reflect her love for nature and the Chesapeake Bay lifestyle. We’re proud to have Aly as part of our team and excited to support her continued growth in the dental field.
